David has 24 years of experience as a visionary enterprise change agent.  He built Ford's Business Process Management (BPM) capability including the original executive call to action, completion of business proof of concepts, enterprise BPMS tool selection, strategy development, creation of the center of excellence, training/mentoring of 25 process specialists and re-engineering of three major enterprise processes including Advanced Sourcing, Engineering Release and Early BOM.  David has a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Oakland University and is leading the Apex Process Consultants team.

Senior Process Architect

Nick has 20 years of experience implementing improved processes in the automotive, aerospace and healthcare industries, using a variety of tools and techniques.  Most recently, he led the team that developed a BPM solution for a wellness program offered by a large medical insurance company, including capturing and clarifying business concepts and processes, and training and mentoring team members, while developing process models, user interfaces, integration services and reports in Teamworks 6.  He also presented the resulting solutions to management and operations teams, incorporated feedback as appropriate, and worked with the operations and IT teams to plan and execute the production launch of the new process.

Prior to joining Apex, he led the team that developed Chrysler's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) strategy, mentoring technical and business teams, identifying process improvement opportunities, setting priorities and implementing solutions.  He also played a key role in a series of projects to merge Daimler and Chrysler product development operations, facilitating workshops comprised of engineering and IT personnel, working through cultural and political issues to build consensus for process to be followed, and developing integration and system deployment methodologies to support them.

Nick holds a masters degree in Engineering Business Management from Warwick University.

Rob has 20 years of industry experience implementing business process solutions in Engineering.  He has developed and deployed PLM, CAD and ERP systems at several large automotive companies including Chrysler and Ford.  Most recently, Rob led the team that developed design processes to support the deployment of new CAD technologies at Chrysler.  Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Vehicle Design from Central Michigan University and is now a Senior Process Architect with Apex Process Consultants.

Jim has 19 years of IT experience in the Automotive and Chemical industries.  He has held various positions collaborating with research, product development and manufacturing organizations, leading strategic efforts to design and improve business processes and their supporting systems.  Jim earned a bachelor's of science from Central Michigan University and an MBA in Finance from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and is now a Senior Process Architect with Apex Process Consultants.

Sashi has 15 years of industry experience in Systems Engineering, business process analysis, IT strategy development, and solution development and delivery.  In his most recent role, he was an Engineering and Business Process Technical Specialist at Ford Motor Company where he implemented many process improvement projects and delivered related IT applications.  Sashi holds a Master's degree in Industrial & Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is now a Senior Process Specialist with Apex Process Consultants.

Sethu has 7 years of experience working in diverse global industry segments on process-driven product development.  In his recent assignment with Ford Motor Company, he led the implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and applications at Ford's Customer Service Engineering Division.  He has managed multiple Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) projects with a proven track record of providing business cost savings. Sethu has a solid background in Six Sigma methodologies and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University.  Sethu is now a Process Specialist with Apex Process Consultants.

Rajesh has 20 years of experience implementing IT solutions in Finance and Manufacturing industries. He has extensive experience planning and deploying IT initiatives that align technical solutions with business needs. In his last assignment at Ford Motor Company as a Business Process Specialist, his responsibilities included modeling, designing and developing key processes to manage vehicle Bill of Material information for the entire product life cycle.  Rajesh holds M.S in Physics and Computer Science from IIT, Mumbai and MBA from University of Michigan, Dearborn. He is now a Senior Process Consultant with Apex Process Consultants.
